Live and Invest Overseas Names Ambergris Caye and the Cayo District Among Top Retirement Spots

This month in their “First Annual Retire Overseas Index,” Live and Invest Overseas has ranked the top 21 places to retire. Ambergris Caye, Belize and Cayo, Belize made this list as two of the destinations “offering the greatest potential for the would-be retiree in 2013”. The list rates and ranks the “most important factors the would-be retiree should consider.” The factors on their list include;
